Online reviews prove solid ground for Dandy’s

GARDENING products company Dandy’s Topsoil has enjoyed considerable success since actively pursuing feedback and reviews online earlier this year.

The company joined ReviewCentre.com in order to better understand how it was perceived by customers, so it could hone its services and products to boost sales further.

It also meant potential shoppers could read reviews about Dandy’s products and make better informed choices about products.

The project appears to have been a great success as to date the company has received 304 reviews with 97.7% saying they would recommend Dandy’s to a friend.

Also the company gained an over-all score of 4.6 out of 5 for its products and overall value.

“It’s been absolutely fantastic to have received such a large number of great reviews in such a small amount of time,” said Adam Dandy, the company’s managing director.

“It’s really helped us make improvements to our levels of customer service, our e-commerce website and has allowed us to really outshine the competition in our market.

“We decided to join ReviewCentre.com as it’s an independent website so our customers are free to leave real, honest feedback without influence and of course, it gives new buyers confidence when they are purchasing to know that are buying from a reputable, recommended supplier.”
