Amazon, the global eCommerce behemoth, is putting on two webinars this month to help Amazon store owners increase sales leading up to the busy Christmas season.
The first webinar takes place on Wednesday and shows Amazon sellers how they can ‘Improve your listing quality to maximise your exposure and conversion’
The webinar shows retailers how you can make your product listings more visible and better quality, so as to attract more interest in the things you sell. The one-hour course covers a series of topics including managing products on Amazon, helping customers to find your goods and boost sales.
Also:
• How to make your customers choose your products and maximise conversion
• How to list your products easily on other European Marketplaces
Amazon sellers need to register first before you can view the exposure and conversion webinar. You can do this at the sign up page for the Improve your listing quality to maximise your exposure and conversion webinar
The second webinar takes place on 26 September 2012 between 10am and 11am and focuses on ‘How to maintain a good performance for the Christmas period and beyond’
This webinar explains how to be a good Amazon business by maintaining high performance in the eyes of your customers. It’s especially relevant for new businesses who have yet to experience the Christmas rush on Amazon.
It covers rules and regulations as well as sales best practice. On top of that there’s info on:
• Why is your seller performance so important to Amazon
• How to monitor your performance in your account and keep it at good levels
• What are the usual seller performance problems and how to react if you encounter problems
Once again you must reserve a place in advance to secure a viewing on the How to maintain a good performance Amazon webinar
