Please tell me about your business
PMA Digital is a digital creative agency. Our clients include luxury and household name brands, including L’Oreal, Lancôme, Garnier, Yves San Laurent, De Beers, Citroen and Coach.
We work across all online media and in all digital formats, including: mobile and tablet sites, apps and campaigns; Facebook apps, ads and design; web development and design (including ecommerce sites and CRM, and microsites); digital advertising; email campaigns and online video production.
Who is the product aimed at?
Marketing or brand directors or FMCG and luxury brands.
What are the benefits of using it to an eCommerce business?
Ecommerce businesses need to use creativity and be relevant in their digital campaigns to be noticed by consumers, and digital creativity is what we do best.
But campaigns can’t exist in isolation: our approach is to review the whole of the ecommerce function to make sure that all aspects of the customer’s digital interaction with the brand is positive, from viewing a creative ad to buying a product.
For example, if a campaign includes a mobile app, the brand’s mobile ecommerce site must be user-friendly and working properly with that app. Each stage of a campaign is designed to support sales conversions.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the scope of the project, but is in line with normal digital agency fees.
How does it work?
The brand briefs one of our team on the objective of the campaign (such as launching a new product or increasing sales of a product through online promotions). The brief is always reviewed by senior management before we agree a strategy. Developers and creatives then work on producing the campaign content, which is quality checked before going back to the client.
