Take me step-by-step through how I buy and install it.

i) Customers download the free trial version and start to build their sites.
ii) When the time comes to purchase, most do so on the phone as are they like to make sure they have most appropriate version for their business.
iii) We then supply the software licence key, which they use to licenses the software.
iv) Free telephone-based support is provided during the trial and for 30 days after purchase. After that, customers make use of our active online community or sign up for SellerDeck Cover, our support and maintenance service.

What do I need to do once it is set up?

When your site is built and you have hosting and payment methods sorted you can then upload it to the web and start selling.

Is there anything else I should know?

The biggest challenge when setting up an online store is generating traffic to your web site.
