eSellerMedia.com and Sitemakers have begun searching for the best online business plan in Britain, and when we find it we’ll give the owners a host of amazing ecommerce goodies.
If you are just about to launch an ecommerce start-up or have a great idea that you want to see come to life, then this is the competition for you.
Up for grabs is Sitemakers’ Liquidshop ecommerce platform, a web design package, free hosting and a full 12 months of ongoing training and support from Liquidshop experts.
Dan Matthews, editor of eSellerMedia.com, said: “This is just the kick-start many would-be entrepreneurs need to start selling and make a success of their business in 2013.
“It’s a fantastic competition with a prize that will help one business set up with a lower cost-base, first-rate practical ecommerce tools and all the advice they need for the coming 12 months.
“The winner will be announced at the IRX conference at the Birmingham NEC on 20 March, at which point the new website will also be switched on – it’s a great piece of additional media exposure for the business that comes top of the pile.”
The eSellermedia.com Award for the Best New Online Business Plan was created to encourage the independent ecommerce enterprises and to highlight the increasing importance of ecommerce for all retail businesses in the UK.
It is designed to provide practical help for a business that is either at or near the beginning of its online retail story.
For more details and to apply, download the competition entry form. The closing date for entries is 31 December and the winner will be chosen on 15 February.
The website build, in conjunction with the winner will take place between 15 February and 20 March. Good luck!
