The IRX Customer Experience and Journey Conference, taking place on 26 March between 10.30am and 4pm at the Birmingham NEC, will present successful retailers from across industry who’ll share their advice on putting customers firmly in the driving seat of your business.
The keynote address is by Paul Loft, managing director of Homebase, and he will speak on the subject of ‘Increasing sales through engaging the customer at every touchpoint on the omnichannel journey’.
Further presentations will be given by Jonathan Haywood, senior customer insight manager at Holland & Barratt owner NBTY Europe, QVC director of customer services James Keegan and Peter Mühlmann, chief executive of stream sponsor Trustpilot.
Subjects covered will include excellent customer experience, cross-channel journeys and designing an all-day shopping mall experience.
At 11.10am, after the keynote, there will be an interview assessing how retailers can mobilise social media to improve shopping experiences. Sub-themes will be monitoring behaviour while respecting privacy and major social media mistakes.
