Anya releases new customer profiling software

ANYA Media has launched a new product for online retailers to help them better understand customers and focus their products more precisely.

The Brighton-based company has release its Runway, which is targeted at merchandisers, ecommerce managers, buyers and range planners in the retail sector,

The software is designed to reduce the risk involved in purchasing and selling stock, which if done incorrectly can cause retailers to make heavy discounts and lose margins.

The new software will provide retailers with a detailed profile of their customers detailing precisely their likes, dislikes and reasons for buying.

Retailers will then able to use this information to create new products which accurately reflect their core customers needs and desires.
