Are you following everyone on our list?

So you’ve set up your ecommerce business’ Twitter account and you’re ready to start tweeting out all of those great offers, new products, competitions and insightful blog posts. Brilliant. But Twitter is a two-way street. You can garner industry insights, keep up on news (and your competition) by following the right people.

But who should you follow?

    I would add to this list. He tweets about usability in ecommerce and is the cofounder of both analytics companies KISSmetrics and Crazy Egg. And of course I would add really useful tweets about ecommerce tips and software.
